Return & Refund Policy
We want you to absolutely love our teas just as much as we do! However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days from purchase date to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Oh no - Please let us make it right! Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue as soon as possible. We may arrange a return or require a photo of the damage to help us evaluate whether the damage was because of a quality control issue in our manufacturing process.
We are not responsible for issues caused during the delivery process. Once a product leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the purchaser. Please contact your delivery carrier for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Our tea blends are prepared in small batches and are considered a food item, and as a result, we do not offer exchanges.
Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the product(less shipping costs). You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
