Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea in 8 oz (1 cup) of fresh, near boiling (205 F) water. Steep for 3-5 minutes or longer, depending on desired strength. Use a strainer or tea infuser for clearer tea. Tea can be infused up to 2 times.
